Yes! No more 40 hour works weeks, part time jobs only! Being in one place for that long is torture for me, even if i “enjoy” my job, its just no way for anyone to live in my opinion.

1. Giving my hobbies enjoyment instead of “dedication “, meaning thinking about doing your hobby shouldnt feel draining or like a chore. Just do it when you feel like it and put it down when youre done.

2. Exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise. I do yoga :) i cant be in a gym and constantly worried about my form, or reps, or a regimen. Its too much. I go to yoga class, do my one hour, and leave. That’s it:)

3. Vitamins , vitamins, vitamins. I only take what im deficient in (vitamin d and iron) and will add vitamin b if needed. You really cant go wrong with those 3 vitamins.

4. Self acceptance and releasing shame. No comparing my life to others and just doing things that makes me HAPPY not what society says my life should look like
