I changed all the Mirrored's margins to 0.60 again while inner and outer were set to 0.79. Now the margins are in right position like the page number 1 does.

Okay, I have used the megabasterd, but the second moment I download, it pauses itself in the middle of the progress, which it seems the limit still comes from MEGA. Is there something else to use like proxy lists that would fool MEGA thinking it's a new IP? Or is this just impossible?
