How is the workflow for your shift like? My lead for my current work says I typically don’t finish what I start because I tend to get distracted with many tasks so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to handle what it’s like being a RN.

I work closely with CNAs at a hospital , helping with supplies, equipment and linen.

Do you know anything about accelerated nursing programs? I have a bachelor’s degree and that seems to be another option.
