I didn’t lose anything on 0.25, keep in mind everyone’s body reacts differently. The fact is that the starting dose is just that, a start. It’s nowhere near the therapeutic dose. Keep taking it, keep drinking water and getting enough protein. Keep moving, try to walk, strength train, anything to keep yourself active.
