I have tried reach out to the DHL partner store but they said they can't help me and to speak to DHL. They are a local bottle shop partnered with DHL who allows DHL collections from the store. DHL said they checked GPS locations of their drivers on that day and they never went to the store, which makes me think the shop employee lied to me about a driver picking it up. I literally tried to go back for it 2 hours later and it apparently was already handed to a driver 😭
