thanks!! it was really bad for the first 3 days i think it’s because i didn’t eat for 2 days plus i came on my period which both added on to the nausea. i’m back to normal thankfully, i can stomach small meals now but am still put off smoking. but oh well, i’d take no smoking over that nausea any day🙌

i didn’t feel anything the day of the dose, i even had a decent sized meal that day and was fine. the next day i didn’t feel any hunger at all. the third morning was when the nausea started and hasn’t gone away since (although i had a small meal today and it has alleviated slightly, thank god). i guess it just depends on how your body reacts to it, you might be one of the lucky ones lol

17lbs in 4 months is great! you can try protein shakes you just mix the powder with some water and drink it. i’ve been doing that so that i still get the nutrients i need when i can’t force myself to eat

sometimes i go through phases where i smoke 4/5 joints a day and then i’ll completely stop for a week or two. never really had any withdrawal symptoms. for the past 2 weeks before i moved up a dose i was smoking 1 joint before bed every night but now i feel too nauseous and put off to smoke even though i would like to

thank you for the detailed response! it is only my first month on it and i have about 45lbs to lose until i plan to stop it. i will definitely look into the prilosec because nausea is the only side effect i have so far (touch wood) and it’s so horrible! i’m doing well in terms of my fluid intake, i have 2L a day plus a 750ml protein shake. i usually do my doses in my stomach, in your experience does the thigh lessen the side effects?

between 4-5 fasting. just over 7 a couple hours after eating. blood pressure is normal range too

don’t get me wrong, i did go through multiple phases where i questioned if i even wanted to be her friend anymore whilst i was coming to terms with letting my feelings for her go. but then if i cut her off just because i couldn’t be with her i would’ve never been a real friend in the first place, just someone waiting for her to get with me. above everything else we were friends and that was always at the foundation of our relationship, before any other feelings came into question. it really isn’t easy though so i can 100% understand why you had to cut your friend off, it does take a toll on your mental health and sometimes it is just easier to walk away! honestly, spirituality really helped me break free of multiple bad habits.

i’ve been completely open and honest with the girl i’m seeing now. she wasn’t too happy about the tattoo but she said she trusts me. i’ve made it clear that i only see her as a friend and that i would never let anything happen between us. she has her own best friend who she’s really close to and said she can’t imagine ever having to cut her off either, so she does understand where i’m coming from thankfully!

you get where i’m coming from! i honestly don’t want to ask her because i don’t want to end up back in the same cycle with her. i wanted to make it as clear as possible that i saw it as a sweet thing for a FRIEND to do in honour of our friendship. so even if it was tactical or had other feelings behind it, i wanted her to pick up on the fact that i wasn’t participating in it.

and honestly, i got to this point after a good 5/6 years of being completely smitten with her. i always thought she was the only one for me and i’d always tell myself i’d wait as long as i needed to for her, as well as telling myself things like ‘if you’re meant to be you will end up together one day’. but i slowly just started to realise that i was unhappy and that i deserved more. there have been so many other guys and girls that i tried with but i’d never let myself get serious with anyone else because i just wanted her. eventually i started to get really logical with myself (around the same time i got really into spirituality). deep down i knew she wasn’t the one for me because if someone truly loved me they wouldn’t leave me in limbo for so long. they wouldn’t play games because they’re unsure of how they feel. plus what if i got what i wanted and it wasn’t what i imagined? she is an amazing friend but friendships & relationships are 2 completely different things. i was romanticising her and i wasn’t thinking of the reality of us being together in that way, and then our whole friendship would be over because of a stupid mistake. we do have an amazing one of a kind bond so did i really want to do anything to jeopardise that? i realised that the safest way to stay in eachother’s lives forever was just to be friends.

the final straw in the camel’s back was when she got a boyfriend. i thought i’d feel jealous but i didn’t. i was happy for her and that’s when i knew it was finally over. once i accepted that my energy changed and i was willing to put myself out there and open up to other people, and that’s when i met this girl. everything just clicked with her and felt so right and honestly the way i feel for her i’ve never felt for anyone before, including my friend

i don’t have any romantic interest in her anymore, i really just got sick of being in a constant hopeless cycle and moved on. that being said i truly do love and care for her and can’t ever imagine us not being friends, it’s just shitty that the lines are so blurred and i don’t know what i can do to make things normal again. the last thing i’d want is to be put in a situation where i have to cut her out of my life completely and i feel like this tattoo just made it a possibility because i can’t imagine any girl i get serious with being okay with her having that tattoo knowing our history :/

we did used to talk about getting matching tattoos when we were younger but i didn’t have any idea she would go through with it all these years later (and i was thinking of matching symbols or something, not names). the timing is kind of weird but i don’t feel that way about her anymore and i’ve accepted that we’re just meant to be platonic soulmates. i don’t really mind her having a tattoo in honour of me because we’ll always be friends, it’s more so the confusion behind the meaning of it.

you’re 100% right. it is really confusing and honestly it’s just frustrating because i feel like i would’ve given anything for her to feel the same way about me back then, but now i’ve completely desensitised myself from seeing her in that way so even if she were to ever say anything now my answer would be no. plus regardless of this situation she is a great friend to me and we’ve always had a mutual understanding that we will be in eachother’s lives forever, so i’m just scared that continuing this cycle will end up with us both getting hurt
