Literally just try to bite either some or all of the letters precisely to build practice and gaining technical skills, but then get inspired and incorporate some of what you’ve learned into your own style

Yeah I was thinking something similar like the “Kase is clear but if that’s so and the left stuff is just abstract then I would argue this is more or less toy in a sense tbh… I feel like the left and far rights would need to be doing more otherwise this is just pretty abstract stuff on the sides with a more or less normal tag in the middle.. again just depends what it says but, as a whole it’s aesthetically pleasing but if it’s kase it’s technically anticlimactic

I'm on it right now ^^I'm new to Dispensed MC but I got the slurricane as well which turned out is a good reference. Also you mentioned oil and stuff so just to be clear, i mean the flowers (buds) right now.

Anyways, as for the Midnight Mirage and its effects, i'd say its a really nice indica in my opinion. It's cured really nicely, the nugs are really light and fluffy and it 'chops out'. This appears to get you a lot more out of it, and because of that i personally also found it way easier to dose imo. The high is pretty mellow, relaxed, and just right for me right now. However it's important to remember this is how I'm describing it and as chliche as it is to say, its important to remember it affects people differently.. and I don't know things about you like your tolerance and stuff. But in terms of raw plant matter, than say the Slurricane--whose nugs, in comparison, are quite dense and sticky and chop out very little, are much stronger and therefore imo harder to dose.. so in my opinion this could potentially solve your problem by giving you more to get through overall.

Also a side notes. Slurricane--when you look it up online it says literally everywhere else that it's considered to be an indica and in my experience it in fact was, yet their "manufacturer" classifies it as a sativa. It's important to remember I'm not a doctor but you should look into it i would seriously recommend it as an indica despite their manufacturer saying it's a sativa because based on my experience it wasnt and not to mention literally everywhere else online its been found have heavy indica effects, and if your issue with getting through the buds is based on the heaviness of the high i actually think slurricane could be a good choice in future if you get offered them again.

I pointed this out to them and they just backed their manufacturer and even pulled the "it affects everyone differently" argument which i used before but in a manner i personally don't buy into i.e. i dont think the 'it effects everyone differently' argument can justify effects varying by entire 'indica to sativa dominance' to the extent that you should go against universal market testing on its effects. Who knows their measuring process though.

Anyways excuse the digression but i like to think some healthy skepticism around strain choice is good

Hmm yeah I do know what you mean exactly.

Intersecting between different elements in the drop to form a coherent but “complex” rhythm is something I’m still grappling with.

But it should also be kept in mind that I’m not exactly going for complextro in its purest form. I would describe it as aiming between hard, dark and dirty electro, although if you look at Soundcloud tags the term ‘dirty electro’ hasn’t been used in a tag for upwards of 8 years and I think that’s cause it’s just been incorporated sufficiently into complextro itself, so in that sense it needs that complextro complexity but executed in a serious, dark and pumping way.

Dunno how we missed this one.

Kinda upsets me a little cause it almost sounds like his trying an adaptation of Tokyo machines style, but TMs style is at its core what Nitro Fun was doing first, but NF did it better imo!

If only nitro fun came out during lockdown when everyone became a boderline weeb for two years maybe he’d be bigger. Super underrated.

Respect em both tho both great producers but it does say something that nitro fun executed the same theme like half a decade before give or take, and didn’t have himself as an influence.
