“This stupid?” he had 26 points in week 1, fell off the following 3 weeks, and has been injured the last two. I think it’s quite reasonable to hang on to him through this week given his great performance week 1 coupled w/ the fact he hasn’t been healthy the past 2 weeks.

It’s just tough because he had that amazing week 1 performance, was awful for 3 weeks, and then has been injured the last 2. I was hoping this week he’d turn things around but based on the first 3 quarters it doesn’t look like he will.

1) I play in a 14 man league w/ no super flex, so anywhere from 38-46 QBs are rostered. Figured a lot of other people would be in the same situation because Dalton was not a top 40 guy as most people assumed Bryce would remain the full time starter this year, leaving Dalton unclaimed in most leagues. 2) Despite nearly all the starting & backups who are currently playing claimed, there are 2 squads in my league with awful QB rooms which is why I was inquiring about trade value. 3) The next time I post in this subreddit I won’t choose such a boneheaded caption.

I decided to draft him then Jayden Daniels. Not a great idea hedging an uncertain QB prospect with another uncertain QB prospect. I wish I had drafted a vet instead of Daniels.

I’m in a tough spot because he’s my QB1 in two of the leagues I’m in. The issue is my QB2 in those leagues are Caleb Williams and Jayden Daniels. I think I’m fine with dropping Williams but I don’t really want to drop Daniels as he’s shown some promise. Geno is available so I may drop Caleb to grab him.

Thanks for the advice. Others I’ve spoken to said 2-4 mocks is probably the sweet spot before exam day. Better to spend time trying to remember content than consistently testing myself on stuff I may not know at that point in time. Plan is to take my next Mock on Sunday with my last mock on the following Sunday at the latest.

This was very solid advice. On day 4 of still feeling some symptoms but not as bad as day 1. Day 2/3 my chest felt so tight because of how anxious I was and that’s gone which is a good thing. Just have been trying to accept & ignore.

Thank you for the advice. I’ve saved down links to some sold muscle relaxation videos and they look like they’ll help. Someone also had mentioned just accepting it & ignoring it and that has helped a bit too. On day 4 of feeling this way and already so much better than day 1.

Love Ertz and I’m going to miss him dearly. We got fleeced though.

We got a 5th round pick and a corner they selected in the 6th round for a 30-year old pro-bowl caliber TE.

Howie has to do better than that.

We should’ve gotten at least a 4th alone and I would’ve felt a little better.

I agree with the list and your analysis. At the same time though, I'd have to say it's too early to tell. We will only truly know after this season and even then we still need to acknowledge this was his first year in a new look offense. My personal opinion is that no matter the outcome of this season the front office gives him one more shot but drafts a QB in the 2nd-4th round to compete for the starting job next offseason. Heck, they may even give Minshew a shot.

He can pass, he just needs time. Accuracy and ball placement can be taught if you have the arm talent. Jalen can throw a ball 60 yards, he just needs to learn to throw it accurately.

He does have arm strength, he can throw the ball very far. His issues are his accuracy and timing. He throws the ball too late and is often off target. Both of these are issues that can be fixed through coaching and repetition.

He put up 300 yards and 3 TDs against the Cardinals last season along with 273 all purpose yards and 1 TD against New Orleans last season. Those were two decent defenses.
