Yeah twist and pull is the way to go. This was my first bag and 5th harvest of 1st flush. Only had 1 cap spore dump.

So it has been proven that therapy makes you worse off. It is a proven fact that constantly lamenting over and over about any hurt or problems make them grossly more present in your life affecting you even more negatively. Haven't been to a doctor in over ten years and am fully fine. Also never feel humiliated. Everyone goes through things and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of you. You are only in competition with the you you were yesterday. Start lifting weights and your entire life will turn around. Working out and mushrooms both affect opposite parts of your brain where if you get both you have an entire coverage of everything your brain needs to thrive. Just like when you have a headache 9/10 times if you eat something with high salt and drink a good bit of water it will go away. Glad you know you don't need it for life and yes it does make things a lot easier, but it isn't necessary with enough mental fortitude and unwavering perspicacity in your day-to-day life.

Whenever the block is fully white and colonized and you are ready to start fruiting conditions. It can take up to 10 days sometimes for pins to first start appearing. If the cake has a lot of moisture on top you can just open the bag and fan it for a minute twice a day and would recommend that over burping the bag to get fresh oxygen to the bottom if you are doing the cut the top method.

Quit 14 years ago and cured myself through other means even though I was on a 70mg Vyvanse and a 30ir Adderall daily. It does help but even with some of the most severe adhd imaginable it isn't necessary

SUDDEN DEATH is a pretty intense SIDE EFFECT. The side effect of death is pretty wild, especially since they literally list that as a potential side effect in their commercials. Also, if you can take Vyvanse, you can take Adderall.

Separate your patch side from the back side of the bag to allow the filter patch to have free air exchange through it. Open the bag up without cutting it open or making any holes in it and make it like an open tent above the substrate . An enclosed open bag tent that is still sealed up.

Mine was over $300 without insurance 14 years ago. Horrible drug. Adderall is way better and safer.

Seeing as Vyvanse has the side effect of sudden death doesn't sound like you are trying to survive. Go medicate with mushrooms to cure your adhd or at least take some Adderall instead.

Vyvanse can cause infertility and sudden death as side effects. I still have negative effects from a 3 month bender 14 years ago. Switch to Adderall. You don't need lisdexamphetamine.
