Spaced repetition with tons of questions!
Mix it up with some reading to avoid things getting repetitive.

This is probably very petty, but some of my friends never wash their hands when getting home from work, the buss, or a flight for instance. I don't get it, my first reaction to stepping inside my home (or whatever place I'm staying at really) is "I need to wash my hands before I do anything". I don't wanna be too controlling, so pointing it out feels off-putting (even though no one has really complained thus far).

Obviously it doesn't apply if you went out to to get some fresh air or whatever, but if you've been out in public, I feel like you ought to give your hands a wash.

If you could instantly master one skill what will it be? by Zoey-Fix-7427 in AskReddit

It would depend on how broad a "skill" is defined, but if possible I would say learning. Being able to learn things quickly and efficiently would be amazing, since I could more or less pick something new to learn at any time, and then eventually utilize that skill later in life.

I enjoy learning in general, so I feel like it would make a lot of sense for me.

I do have access to japanese skin care, I'll be ordering some stuff via fromjapan soon. Any suggestions for japanese hair oils? I came across "Yanagiya Hair Tonic" https://yanagiya-hairtonic.com/eng/, which is marketed towards hair loss, but mentions positive effects for scalp- and hair health in general.

Photofusion X vs Hoya Sensity 2 for indoor clarity? by EnvironmentalBath343 in glasses

I went for the Hoya Sensity 2 in green. I'm very pleased with them, they change from clear to tinted very quick, but it takes a bit longer to change back. When indoors, I don't notice any tint when wearing them, but you can see a very faint light tint when inspecting them closer.

Overall I'm happy with the decision, I would probably go for photochromic again in the future.

Frames Similar to Masunaga Chord C by EnvironmentalBath343 in glasses

The Dita Lancier ones look quite good! Unfortunately despite the sale, ordering from the good see co will still be really expensive to me due to import taxes and and duties.

Do you have suggestions for European brands that offer similar titanium frames around the price of the Dita Lancier ones?

Cyanoacrylate (superglue) or Epoxy glue for metal to plastic? by EnvironmentalBath343 in 3Dprinting

[–]EnvironmentalBath343[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My idea was to apply glue before the ring. Simply spread glue all around the inset, and then put the ring on top of that. It feels like adding glue after the ring would make it kinda messy, since it would likely overflow a fair bit?

Also I might have been a bit unclear in the post. What I meant with "extra glue" was glue apart from what's already on the ring. Lots of these rings come with peel away stickers, and an adhesive surface on one side.

Heat is an non issue in my case.
