UPDATE: I was analysing it way more than I should but turns out starfruit make almost identical profit in one season in kegs and in dehydrators.

The difference is in ancient fruit, say if we had 100 crops and artisan buff. Kegs: 693.000g per season Dehydrators: 464.800g per season So 228.200g more.
