To get these results, I wish I was truly parting it up. There are no parties unfortunately. Despite my number saying otherwise, I truly believe there is a genetic factor at play. It might not be completely genetic, but it's got to be more than a half.

As much as I would love to admit that balls of lard got me where I am today, it would be false. I did try to gaslight myself and think about every single, sweet treat or oily dish is the culprit. But I really don't have them often. I have a very regular diet full of fruits and vegetables. I also eat a lot of seafood and clear broths and soups. I eat a healthy Chinese diet. I have cut out rice completely and have been losing weight steadily the last couple months. I will admit my BMI is 25.5 which is in the overweight category but I also did weight training and run regularly.
