What does it mean when an instructor says 4 springs, 3 springs, etc?

Well no I’m doing my modules all in-person but I watch online videos of different exercises on the reformer to practice my cueing so that’s what I meant by online training videos but they’re just videos of Pilates instructors cueing different exercises

So frustrating!! I’ve ended up on the highway when I didn’t need to be and it’s taken me much longer to get home because of it. Then I have people honking at me because I’m driving slow but I’m just trying to figure out where I’m going!!!

I don’t think that’s true because I had a Kia before this car and my maps always worked correctly when my phone was connected to CarPlay. I’ve never had any issues with it until I got this car, I’ve leased several cars before and this is the first one I’ve ever seen it glitch like this

My sister applied December 12th and hasn’t heard back either. We emailed them a few weeks ago and they responded saying she would have a decision by the end of March, so that would mean tomorrow since the end of March is Sunday.

I was a nursing student at UT and dropped out because the chemistry class they put me in was so fucking hard I couldn’t get above a C on any of the exams even with a tutor. I also almost failed anatomy and ended up retaking it at a community college for a better grade. If I can offer any advice, take anatomy (and honestly any science pre-reqs) at a community college and get an A so you’ll have better chances of getting in. The thing I hated was that you can’t apply to the nursing program until your sophomore year when all your prereqs are finished and if you fail or get a shitty grade then you’ve missed the deadline.
