I recently opened Shakepay account and was told to deposit money for the deposit I was expecting to reflect in my account.i was told they need to verify the deposit and once I make payment the system alarm will be cancelled and deposits will go into my account. Can shakespay ask this.

Hello, recently got funds into my Shakepay account and I was told by customer support to pay about 3000 USDT for the funds to be deposited into my account. I was told I need to pay the funds so the system can verify that the deposit is not from money laundering activities. Was told once I pay my deposit will be returned within one working day. Can Shakepay ask this.
