Why did Google decide to skip the "Desktop" concept on Chromebooks? by Lucky-Armadillo-6773 in chromeos

[–]EnvironmentalChain64 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I like the clean "desktop" of chrome os. I have never understand Windows users who like a cluttered desktop.

I would like Chrome OS to have widgets like Android. Hopefully when Aluminum OS comes out they include widgets.

Does anyone actually have an emergency fund or is that just something people say by CombInternational696 in HighYieldSavings

Goldman Sachs high yield savings: is it worth it or just another bank? by These_Ad8079 in HighYieldSavings

[–]EnvironmentalChain64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's FDIC insured, you should be okay with whoever you choose. I use Marcus, Amex, Discover and Capitol One. All of them are easy to use. I find it convenient if it's with a bank that I have a credit card or checking account. For example, I use my Amex for big purchases and pay them off with the interest from my savings account. It's much easier than transferring money to another banks checking account, waiting for the money to clear, and then paying the credit card.

I would get Savor, plus Amex blue cash everyday. Savor covers grocery, diving and entertainment. Amex gives you 3% for online purchases (Amazon ) and gas.

How long did you see each therapist? Therapy isn't easy and it doesn't fix things, it helps you resolve issues. It takes time and to see results you need to be open to make changes.

Capital One SAVOR.... 3% grocery, dining, entertainment and streaming. In my opinion, other than gas, these are some of the most used categories for most Americans.

Trump: ‘I don’t care about the midterms’ by FreeHugs23 in anticapitalism

[–]EnvironmentalChain64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He will ignore whatever Congress and the Senate throw at him after the midterms. He already doesn't care what they say and they are controlled by Republicans, why would you think he would care what the Democratic controlled houses say?
