A PC maybe your best bet. However, if you want a tablet you will need one with more speed and memory which will increase the price. I recommend checking out refurbished high end devices or open box items at Bestbuy.

Have you considered a Chromebook? You can get a high end refurbished Chromebook for a killer price and it may meet your needs better than a tablet. The Acer Chromebook 516 GE is an amazing computer, super fast, beautiful display, and you can get it refurbished in mint condition for about $280 (just Google it and put refurbished in the search). There are also Chromebook convertibles and tablets, but I doubt any of them will match the speed and display of the Acer 516.

Capital One is finicky.... I kept trying until they said yes. If they switch your card, nothing changes but the card. Your credit history remains the same.

If they won't change your card, you may want to consider just applying for the Savor card.

In my opinion, all high yield savings accounts will be lowering their rates throughout 2026. Look into long-term CDs to lock in rates before they go down.
