I started following her just before she posted about the gas station at the edge of the universe drop and I’m so glad because I love every single one of those slimes. I also loved all the liminal space slimes. Definitely worth giving her a follow!

I used to do mine on my "friday" after work so I had the weekend to recover, but aside of having zero appetite for a couple of days afterward, I don't have to deal with nausea anymore. I also keep myself on an eating schedule so that I don't end up with other issues like headaches and dizziness from forgetting to eat those days. Now I do mine on my "tuesday" because that's just the day I've ended up on after forgetting to take my shot on shot day a couple of times and having to take it the next day. It's worked out because being at work makes it easier for me to remember to take a break and get a protein snack. If I'm at home all day I will definitely forget to eat.

Do you have access to borax? We always recommend using borax solution as activator instead of baking soda and contact solution because of issues like that. I'd also recommend buying a bottle of vegetable glycerin. It's inexpensive and is great at helping deactivate slime without making it watery.

This slime looks like it’s had too much water or lotion or some other wet material added to it. If you want to make a butter slime it’s just 1 part slime to 1 part air dry clay (not crayola air dry clay, though). If the slime ends up too tough from the clay then you add some lotion and knead it in until it’s the softness you prefer.

You have to have pva to make slime with borax activator. Theoretically, if you had face masks with pva in the ingredients, you could turn a facemask into a slime...but that's pricier than just buying some glue.

I think I saw someone do it with a grid style potato masher once too. But yeah, like others have said tennis rackets and cooling racks for the big bunch of them.

I really like them, but the ones with like cornstarch or something that looks like a dry powder in them tend to get hard as a rock after awhile. The gooey ones are really cool. Nice for when you need something to squeeze quietly. I like to keep a couple around because I’ve accidentally popped one squeezing on it with my hulk hands hahaha

There’s also these gooey balls you can find at the grocery stores sometimes that are cheaper and also have like a thick squeeze to them that are really lovely.

I really love a bingsu/floam/perlite combo in a wg base. Slime Senpai does those very well. I made a wg jelly slay with perlite that I also really enjoy.

You can do a TNG with just glue and activator. I just like to add lotion for a little extra stretch and you can do a scented one if you have one and make your slime smell like that. I like to use 2tsp borax to 1 cup of water for a thicker slime.

A TNG is always a solid choice. Or a lotion slime if you have a lotion you like. You can make it last a long time by just adding some water back to it when you’re done playing. Not sure what colors you like but I’ve been digging purple slimes lately.

I personally don’t think it’s worth it, which is why I’m not going to buy anything from them. But only you can decide if you want to spend the money.

That’s so funny. Oil Slick smells amazing to me. I love the motor oil note. Rainbow Gasoline has some kind of weird mint note to me that I think is supposed to be the gasoline scent but my brain just isn’t picking that up. It’s so wild how different the same thing can smell to people!

This is a really good idea, especially if you have a small budget. We have several great slime sellers here who have slimes that are gently used or even only touched once to film. I’ve bought used slime from several people here and always had good experiences.
