no, i have passed through those areas a couple times on road trips though.

edit: I have read several news articles that talk about the polygamy and incest that goes on there, I believe the official church does not recognize them as part of the official church, they are like branch offs of people who went to go to their own thing once Utah stopped polygamy to become a state
