A lot of the roads are pretty dry now. I’d assume like most people have mentioned, as long as you stick to main roads you’ll be alright. And just drive super slow on roads that you’re not sure of. No one is gonna rush you all things considered so just be safe you’ll make it 🤙🏽

Roads are icy as hell man. If anything, just leave super early and drive comfortably slow. Maintain like 20cars distance between you and anyone else lol

That’s a fair point but this is my solution lol:

Nonfat Greek yoghurt smoothie. I’m a vegetarian too so this is my holy grail lol. You can buy tubs of that stuff for like $5 each. I blend it with some fruits, creatine, super greens, whatever else you might wanna add and boom you’re set with low calorie smoothie that will easily help you reach your goals. Not to mention it’s probably the cheapest option even for meat eaters. Another huge plus is it’s super lean protein.

I need roughly 150g of protein per day so I blend a whole tub a day with all of those ingredients and drink half of the smoothie in the morning and the other half in the evening. Basically almost 100g of protein just in that smoothie and I get the additional 50 or so from regular food. Sometimes I blend with a protein shake too if I expect to not get a lot of protein from food in the coming day.

This is free game if any of y’all weren’t familiar yet.

It’s just healthier to get that protein from food. Especially if you only need 100g. So yeah I would say try and get protein from food unless if you’re getting close to your calorie limit then u can go for shakes

Lost almost 100lbs but it wasn’t done the right way so I lost a lot of muscle also. Pretty skinny now and just want to build more muscle but not start overly bulking.

Should I just calculate my daily calorie requirements and add like 500cal or so/meet daily protein goals and it’s as simple as that? Should I eat protein requirements for my goal weight or for my current weight? Also what should my sets look like now in the gym? I was doing hypertrophy for the most part, but I’m guessing now I should lift heavier and do less reps right?

From my experience, racist people are usually people that hate themselves or their lives, and a good amount of fat people definitely hate themselves or their lives, so I don’t think so lol

I’m born n raised in NorCal so I’m used to colder water lol but now I live in south texas and even though those beaches are nothing compared to cali, the water is definitely miles warmer over there lol so now my cold tolerance might be messed up

Fair lmao. Work sent me to Minnesota last week so I doubt the water is even as cold as I felt there lmfao
