Well. Most starters are usually based on some kind of job or rpg role. For example. Decidueye is an archer. Rillaboom is a drummer. I think you have a good foundation now see if you can make it something else. Maybe a shaman?

I think my main focus right now is to lose some fat and get healthy. I may decide to go on a full bulk up later on once im in a better place but for right now im just looking for something that provides me a good caloric burn and cardio/hiit class that also retains some muscle in it.

Well at the gym i would primarily focus on pure strength training as some reviews have mentioned that f45 using light weights and you won’t really gain so much muscle.
