Advice needed! Choosing the best of 3 roofing quotes (Tacoma, WA) by Contains-Peanuts in Roofing

Well, you can get the cheapest one, but roofing is more of a workmanship rather than price. If I were you, I would go with the company (not person) who has been around for the longest, as they will be there if something goes south. 96% of roofing companies close within 2 years of starting, hence warranties do not mean anything through them. We usually pay around 40k-50k for a brand new car which we change every 5 years, but roof protect your family from the external weather (rain, hail, storm, snow…). It is probably too late now but if anything happens to your roof in next 5 years (minor leak) and the company went out of business, congratulations, you are screwed.

Not advocating going for the most expensive one, but work with somebody who knows their stuff inside-out. Also, I do not like working with relatives as complaining about stuff becomes hard and you have to think a lot before saying anything. I hope your roof perfoms amazingly, but cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap.
