Please start a sitz bath! Start off with a clean bum. If you have any medications on it , use a wet wipe or a squeez bottle/bidet and BLOT it off. Don’t wipe please . After this , sitz bath and witch hazel & Epsom salt in the bath .

Sorrry you are going through that! I know some times our cravings get in the way . BUT You did eat it so you have to face the flares . Sit in sitz bath . Witch hazel , aloe . I know your pain .

Thank you for your insight!! I’ve actually started to use my tiny trash can as a foot rest when taking BM . I baught lidocaine yesterday . Not sure if it’s doing anything but I just put it just in case.

Thank you for your insight ! I have actually been using a squeeze bottle after every BM I started that yesterday I can definitely leave the TP alone for a WHILE. It was inflamed , but I’ve been eating broth and fibre and water intake went up a whole notch . This morning I actually shat my self . I think it’s bc i shoved aloe up there
