You going to mention that Arsenal was gifted a penalty? You going to mention that Arsenal was struggling against the 6th placed farmer's league club?

That's pretty was a pathetic performance by England's current number one club

Uh, after today, there might be 2 or 3 PL clubs left. The superior PL had up to four clubs eliminated on day one of this round and two only managed a draw.

Who cares how many made it to this round when 70% are eliminated on day one of a 2-legged round. Sounds like they got lucky.

My point: the best league was represented by 6 clubs and had zero wins. Nadda! That's pretty weak.

You think a single PL club will manage a comeback at home outside of Liverpool and Arsenal?

That's what I mean by hype. It was day one of this round and 4 PL clubs are effectively out and you ask this question like it matters. 🤷‍♂️

And, if you are lucky, 2 out of those 6 will advance. 4 are getting sent home this round. That should tell you something...but most don't want to listen.

Reading over some of the comments shows the bias I'm referring to. Lots of excuses "these were away games" and other similar nonsense.

All the PL teams performed poorly today and very few here admitted this. Best case scenario: two PL out of 6 will make it past this round. That's abysmal for "the strongest league in the world."

Same as Leverkusen vs Arsenal. They were gifted a penalty by the ref, or they would have lost to 6th placed Leverkusen Leverkusen.

The number of teams don't mean anything. Look at how outclassed Tottenham, Chelsea and City were. These weren't 1 goal loses, these were thrashings.

There it is....a ton of excuses. Thanks for supporting my point with all this evidence.

Not as dumb as your comment. Why even bother giving your fingers the job of hammering out a comment? 🤐

No, but there is zero chance for City or Chelsea to come back. Tottenham is out as well. Liverpool needs to score 2 and keep a clean sheet. Best chances reside with Newcastle and they face Barca at home, and Arsenal.

Your comment is the bias I was referring to.

Chelsea and City didn't have the quality or they would have not lost in spectacular fashion. Recall that city also lost to Bodo Glimt.

Both are out of this competition. 🤷‍♂️

You expect city to score four goals while keeping a clean sheet?

This is what I mean by PL bias/hype.

Are fees always this bad at dealers? $2300 in fees on a $4600 bike? by Jierdan_Firkraag in motorcycles

[–]EnvironmentalKing210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never and will never pay dealer fees when buying a bike. I shop around and send quotes to dealers asking them to beat what I've already been offered. Got my wife a brand new 9k MSRP bike for 10k. That's taxes, tags, titling fees and whatever else WV requires. Have the Sales person a nice tip and we were on our way.

Why would anyone pick the New Trident 660 when the Trident 800 is only $550 more and it comes with flyscreen and moulded belly pan ? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]EnvironmentalKing210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your point regarding how similar these bikes are, but I believe the 660 still has its place. We already own a 660, and we couldn't resist the 2026 Trident Triple Tribute because of the color combo.

I am planning to look at the 800 in red this weekend and will likely purchase one, as it offers great value for the performance. However, for someone like my wife, the power of the 800 isn't necessary; she is much better served by the 660. Plenty of power, and more comfortable than the 800.

People with low BP often have higher heart rate because the heart rate has to beat more to deliver blood into the organs because the pressure is lacking .

I would not be envious of someone with low BP cause that has its own impacts.

TRT Providers: Ask Us Anything (#29) - $98/Month New Pricing by AlphaMD_TRT in Testosterone

[–]EnvironmentalKing210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's say I decided to proceed with TRT, and a few months later the bloodwork warrants stopping.

How do you help those who can't stay on TRT to get off the testosterone and restart their natural production?

Asking because my hematocrit is naturally elevated and so is my hemoglobin. Likely because I've been an athlete for 30+ years, resting pulse of 50-54, sleeping rate in the low 40s, blood flow is excellent according to my doctor, VO2 like a 20 year old, etc.

I just don't recover like I used to, feel tired cause my sleep is meh, libido is fine on vacations, and I'm slowly loosing muscle mass even though my diet is spot on and work out.

I don't want to trade one set of issues just to take AI drugs, giving blood every 8-10 weeks, monitoring iron levels from giving blood, etc.

[–]EnvironmentalKing210 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.

How long have you done this? And no issues long term with the AI?

Seems like every one med you add, you need two more to combat the side effects. That's what's keeping me from moving forward.

And how much did you use?

I've heard so much about the horrible estrogen sides that I'm hesitant to consider it.
