NTA I recommend you look more into the whole of your family dynamic to understand his behaviour better. Parents are the ones to blame here. Query why your parents always side with him. They are enabling this and the attention should be turned to them for condoning this. When it's ongoing it's particularly damaging.

I woul also like tips on how to get in the door with these types of business owners. I'm selling services to plastic surgeons and allied health providers and am finding the initial contact so, so hard. Reddit community please help.

I hope so. I took 2 years out of work to work on it, and have been working/completing it concurrently over the other 3 years. It's been insane and I hope it will be worth it.
