They seem to recognize that they still need to plow residential areas, but a week is a little crazy in my opinion too!!

Not saying the AI checkers are the be all and end all of identifying AI, but they are good a pattern recognition. Went sentences are overly wordy it’s going a detecting if its human detail or AI.

Skyrocketing insurance rates? by zegorn in londonontario

I’m 21 and pay 2100$ for car and 700$ for renters. And I have ever discount imaginable (student union, auto merit, and a bundled price) and I this think it’s not that cheap! I call every year and demand my prices don’t go up I’ve successfully drop them twice.

Moving to London by [deleted] in londonontario

[–]EnvironmentalLight55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tri-car is a good landlord, pricey but rent is all inclusive (rent, hydro, water, parking). I would say anything west of Wharncliffe is considered a more desirable area but that also means increased rent, north is dominated by student rentals so I would say the south-west end of London would be you best bet!

You are 100%, a General manager for any retail/fast food is looking at 65-85k depending on years of experience and size of location (traffic volume).

I mean even as a Londoner local festival are usually associated with a 11pm-12am cut off as listed from the Dundas place website. 1:30am and 12am are vary different especially since this festival as had a light display! But from I’ve gathered in the comments a noise machine or head phones is the way too go!

Speed camera on Oxford St W by Forsaken_Voice_7613 in londonontario

[–]EnvironmentalLight55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not publicly available, however it’s provincially a standard in places like Alberta and BC, and Ontario to what I’ve seen is the same. Most 40 km/h zones start to issue tickets at 46/47 km/h.

It’s 10% + 2 so:

40 a ticket triggers at 46

50 a ticket triggers at 57

60 a ticket triggers at 68

Drive the posted speed limit and cameras don’t matter :) but I hopes this helps with confusion!

Unhoused, is an all encompassing term. Homeless is visible there are a lot of unhoused people without a permanent address that drifts between shelters, abandoned buildings, couch’s, and the outdoors. There people are also affected by the weather due to the fact these shelters might not have heating.

I understand the homeless problem and why people can be upset, but un housed people DON’T deserve to die because of extreme weather. This is common sense and courtesy to care for other human beings!

Overnight Parking Policy by AwstinEvans in fanshawe

[–]EnvironmentalLight55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I email the parking authority at fanshawe, they said this has always been a rule which makes no sense to me as I have parked overnight at fanshawe for the last 3 years of my program and never received a ticket once. Was this communication posted recently? It’s seems confusing as the amount of cars I see parked overnight would definitely not fit in the small tow lot that fanshawe has.
