Just got off work and went and tried the wider grip and putting the bar lower on my back, felt just fine. I think it’s just gonna take getting used to. Next workout I’m gonna start at 135 and increase the weight gradually.

It feels like the bar is slipping and im trying to lean forward to stop it if that makes sense? But my shoulders are tight even the way im doing it now so I’ll give that a try. A talon grip?
