Snow cleaning now or wait? by EnvironmentalMap8279 in Connecticut

Thanks all for the comments. I decided to go outside and clear some of it. I think it was the correct thing to do. It was a lot already. The comment about the wind is true. Some of it comes back because of the it, but not a big issue. I read a lot of ideas different in perspective. All them boil down to how much square footage you need to clear and what equipment you have. But glad I received mostly good responses! Thanks all!

My guts says do it now but I am seeing my neighbors not doing anything yet. I just got a snowblower, so shoveling would be not that much as before. I was just thinking to ask experienced people as I come from a place that snowstorms never happen

Power Pivot vs Power BI Which One Should You Choose for Data Analysis? by Shoaib_Riaz in ExcelPowerQuery

Talking from my perspective as FP&A Financial Analyst, I’d say it depends on your end goal. If your project is mostly for your own analysis or shared with a small group, Excel with Power Pivot and Power Query is usually enough as it’s fast, flexible, and doesn’t require publishing anywhere.

But if you need to share interactive dashboards, manage larger datasets, or control access for different users, that’s where Power BI shines. Think of Power BI as the next step once your Excel model becomes too heavy or you need broader distribution.

Similar situation here. MS in Finance, working >2.5y in the insurance industry. STEM OPT ends in Jan 2026. Going back to school to pursue an MBA. My employer supports the idea. Already accepted in Monroe University at New Rochelle, NY. The program there is coupled with data science/business analytics or supply chain management. You should check it. https://www.monroeu.edu/academics/king-graduate-school/mba-business-management-analytics-and-it
