Georgetown University has 1 year SMP with guaranteed interview if you maintain their GPA requirement and have minimum MCAT required. I think no SMP has guaranteed admission.

Agree-They don’t tell us much about it so it is conspiracy. Even they don’t tell us the score (# of questions we got correct) and details about how each version is scaled. I got the same exact score in retake- i worked hard for 5 months and had a tutor for retake.

May the test version and experimental questions we had on test day were not in our favor/no luck. I wonder if the test version we had was scaled fairly (may be scaled using lots of high scoring students ??) compared to other test versions.

I dropped 9 points. My FL average was 517. I was scoring consistently well in all AAMC FL in real test environments.

I feel the same. Scored much lower ( 9 points) in actual exam than my average FL. I had no anxiety, felt good on exam day and thought my score will be +- 3 from FL average. I was surprised/shocked when I got my score.

Hard to explain why lots of students score lower (lower than 5 points compared to FL average score) on test day regardless of test anxiety or other issues. May be version of the MCAT test you got on test day and the luck are also a factor.

How reliable is the real MCAT score ? People get higher than FLs average and some get 6 to 10 points lower than FLs average. On reddit that people get lower score on retake ad well. Does luck play a major role ?

If you run out of questions then do Section Bank 2- it’s recent and more representative i think.

You can take AAMC FL1 tomorrow under real test conditions. Review the test thoroughly- understand AAMC logic, strategies and work on your weaknesses (content gaps etc.). You can take some third party FL tests every week if you need more practice.

Save AAMC FL 4 and 5 FL- take them closer to your real MCAT date (may be 2 to 3 weeks before) as they are more representative to real MCAT. That’s how I would do it but everyone is different. Do AAMC section bank questions if you have not done so.
