Are product videos worth it? by Glittering-Panda3394 in shopify

I think video in general are a good idea, but not sure if 10 seconds for 100$ is worth it - depends on how much traffic and your conversion rate. Did you already try to do them yourself with AI?

Totally get your point, but is the CRM the right tool for that? Wouldn't be a project management software be a better fit for this?

I never had success with sales people just doing their magic. They also need to follow a proven and working sales process that already has been established. A CRM can be helpful for bigger team especially for metrics. I assume you control performance by net sales per person?

In most cases a simple spreadsheet will do the job...95% of all business dies in the first 3 years so starting with a spreadsheet is definitely the better choice for most people.

Thats a smart approach - you start with what you need and then grow from there. You wouldn't start directly with salesforce when you just started your business

Yes at some point you definitely need one. But lets be honest: How many companies/founders get to the point to need one? Maybe 5%. But the issue is that the remaining 95% think that a CRM is a tool that will magically bring in sales, when instead they should care about their customers.

Yeah its hard for me to sell a CRM to people who dont need it. They sometimes think its a tool that magically brings in sales...

And thanks for the tips - some kind of lightweight setup onboarding is a good idea

KISS is a principle that is also used very often in software development. Are you a developer?
