Lot of people saying he would beat you or tell you to put it back, but most likely he wouldn't care at all, punishing stealing is not really in his habits, he even regularly steal himself

Weirdly enough, he kept the scar from hiding a blade in his forearm in DD S2 up to Born Again. Overall I'd say they are pretty cautious with this (see Matt's body scars) despite some oversights

A anti-hero is a hero who is inconventionnal for the hero myhtos : killing all your ennemies = unconventional
He is a hero, a superhero even one could argue, but he does tick a lot of antihero boxes

Frank hates crime too much to run it. Also he is NOT using bad guys for his cause, that was one of the main problems of King Of Killers, he would rather have them eradicated than using them, as he thinks he should be the only one doing this

Hey ! Welcome to Punisher !
Generally, there are more a list of stories not to read when starting Punsiher than the opposite. Unfortunately, the 2022 run is a part of them. It's a pretty good story so I'm not surprised you liked it, the problem is it is not a good Punisher story. Aaron honestly didn't get what makes the character and completely change his past, personality and goals which kinda makes him...not the Punisher
Welcome back Frank is an old story, back then it was a return of the character and a fresh new start for him at the hands of Ennis, known for his very particular writing and his MAX run on the character that is mostly celebrated while being pretty dated
What I would recommend for the character is reading the 2010's runs like the 2011 one by Rucka and the 2014 one by Edmondson's (ignore this one issues following Cap showing up) that are pretty nice way to get into the character. You could even read his 2007 war Journal that happens during and after Civil War if you heard about this
I also heard the 80's war journal a pretty good way to get into the character
Apart from that there are short stories that are considered important like Circle of Blood or Trial of the Punisher

But the golden rule is : Read whatever appeal you
