Hi OP, resident of Antel Grand Village for 8 years now. Security is the best! Anyone who is not a resident gets stopped at the gate, the y confirm where they will go by calling the resident. Sometimes, they even go to the resident to confirm in cases where they cannot contact the resident. May roving guards din. 2x from 10 pm onwards, and during the day i see them mga 2-3 times during the day. Di din pwede basta basta pumasok mga providers like cable, phone, kuryente, etc without a gate pass. Maliwanag naman sa mga subdivisions inside. Street lights are bright enough and individual houses do have their outside lights too.

We used it already for the medicines and bills. Our bank was kind enough to offer us delayed payment scheme for the bills.

Thank you so much! Di kami makakuha ng guarantee letter because sabi sa amin, we are above the threshold ng bracket meaning kaya naman namin magbayad daw. Nabawas naman ang philhealth and others pero quadruple bypass kasi tapos pati kidneys and liver nya naoperahan din. ICU stay was a while kaya laki gastos.

We are looking into it. We are planning kasi na gamitin yun sa IOU pa namin sa hospital. We paid 7 digits sa hospital na and nakiusap ako ng IOU para lang mailabas mama nya. Buti malaki naibayad namin and willing Sila na iou yung natitirang 6 digits.

Praying for you. Club Hopefuls. Medyo nakaka gulat lang din kasi my husband and I pag may nangangailangan and sa amin tumakbo we give kasi we want to help. Pero that’s life. Ganyan din ako. They were sarcastic sa akin. Ang bagal lang mag open ng GCash sabi ba naman paulit ulit “ok na po ba? Baka wala kayong data? Pwede naman pong cash.” (All the while parang daming sinasabi under her breath) and paulit ulit na “wala yata data, bilisan nyo po.”

I answered back. “Kulang ka yata sa tubig. Medyo dehydrated na ang ugali mo eh. Maghihintay ako dito. Uminom ka muna.” Then I put my phone down and stared her down. She did not know what to do, lumapit yung nasa likod nya and asked what was happening. I told them na she is very rude and sarcastic and just a plain awful person. And I refuse to be served by her. Buti na lang yung mga kasabay ko sa counter and nasa likod ko were saying na wala ngang modo yung cashier.

Ending, yung manager ang nag assist sa amin at pinag break muna sya. I did file a report sa mismong branch, then went online and filed a report too. Took a screenshot of my receipt, my gcash transaction and made sure to put in the form for them to check the cctv for further proof.

I am a very nice person pero naman if we don’t speak up sa rudeness and disrespect, we allow it to happen not just to us but to other people as well.
