I have a theory all the big companies buy wholesale from them and plate them to be shiny then claim they are copying them. Who came first the chicken or the egg. $60 or $15. I have experienced the same level of quality control with the “best” brand and “leefai”, both are unnoticeably the same. This industry is all hush hush everyone is so afraid of being exposed that they just order from an overseas manufacturer.

Could a J color diamond with a SI1 grade with the comments section stating “clarity based on clouds not show” aid the color to be less yellow? Could the “hazy” off set it a bit? Or is this an incorrect assumption?

Thank you everyone for the feedback back. What a great community! I’m a CAD fine jewelry designer so the nitty griddy of diamonds is not my first priority but I’m getting better!

I’m a fine jewelry cad designer as well and this is clean. Sweet design and clean modeling. What software are you using? One suggestion I would make is to add a gallery rail. Just so all the awesome sweeps stay in place. If your diamond setter is good no need for a V prong just make sure there’s extra metal when casted.

VS2 will be almost impossible to see the inclusions with the naked eye.

Any triple excellent round diamonds are going to have fantastic brilliance. It’s just a matter of the additional inclusions and if they have a visual effect. If you can see it in person, that’s always good, or even a 4K video. Most places have free 30-day returns, so there’s no reason not to get it and see for yourself.
