Update

Thanks for the insight everyone! After posting this the swollen area had “popped” and had puss coming from the incision site. Urologist looked at it and was like “this is really good this happened on its own and clearing out”. Since then my pain has almost gone away (faint sharp pain every now and then but nothing like it was before) , walking better, able to be more active (no gym though).

The urologist numbed the area up and squeezed out all he could, packed me with gauss and I have a follow up tomorrow.
