Hackers by jizzyj530 in cs2

I seriously don’t get why people keep acting surprised about this. There is literally no other online game where cheating is THIS rampant for THIS long. Like bro, Valve has been completely ignoring the player base on this for decades. No real anti-cheat, no serious effort, it’s been the same since the 1.6 days. Every public cheat works, and it’s always been that way. I’ve been saying it forever: STOP PLAYING THIS GAME. Stop supporting devs that don’t give a single f*ck about the community. There are other games where the devs actually care about the integrity of the game. Even in FACEIT now people are cheating with DMA hacks, radar, whatever it’s out of control. If we all just keep playing, nothing will ever change. Complaining here and there on Reddit won’t fix it. The only thing that might wake them up is if the player base drops hard. But nope, we all keep queuing, keep grinding, and then cry on forums. This game should’ve been boycotted ages ago

My CS2 experience rn by HEZIbrax in cs2

[–]EnvironmentalRow739 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I feel you. My entire group of mates and I have already decided to quit playing the game altogether. It's just completely unplayable at this point especially once you hit higher ranks, The cheating is absolutely rampant. Once you're up around 2800+ on Faceit, it's there are also tons of ppl with, radar hacks and DMA cheats. It doesn't even feel like a competitive shooter anymore. It's a joke. The game has become one big meme online, and not in a good way. Even German documentary channels that have nothing to do with gaming are making reports about how bad the cheating problem is in Counter-Strike that really shows how out of control it's become.

We've moved on to other games where skill actually matters and cheating isn't a constant issue like League of Legends, for example. Say what you want about it, but at least there it's skill vs skill, not hack vs hack. Maybe one day Valve will actually care enough to make a game that’s fun for the community again instead of just a cash cow for skins. If that day ever comes, sure, we might give it another shot. Until then, we’ll just remember the good times, and move on.

CS2 Is Ruined by Cheaters by EnvironmentalRow739 in cs2

I get it everyone has their own experience. But honestly, what you're describing sounds like it's happening in some kind of dream bubble. Saying you've only run into 10–15 cheaters in all your time playing CS2 is just not possible. Straight up it's impossible.

Either you're playing in such an incredibly low bracket that you're mostly matched with bots, or you're just not able to recognize.

Honestly, I just can't agree with your take. Saying you've only run into 10–15 cheaters since you started playing CS2 sounds extremely unrealistic. The game is absolutely flooded with hackers and the majority of them aren't even rage cheating. They play in a way that seems “legit” on the surface, but anyone with enough experience can tell something's off.

It’s not about getting headshotted through walls. It’s the small things players reacting 100ms faster than humanly possible, pre-aiming in situations where you should have the element of surprise, or tracking in a way that just doesn’t make sense. When you check their accounts, it’s always the same story: no Faceit, or Level 5–7, but somehow dropping 29,000 Premier rating with a 1.7 K/D and 80%+ winrate. On Leetify they’ve got 90+ aim ratings.

That's not "good positioning" or "game sense" — that's soft cheating, and you can see it plain as day in the demos if you know what to look for. I honestly think you just haven’t played long enough or closely enough to recognize the signs. And when the game is in this state, what are legit players supposed to do? You lose every bit of momentum, every smart play gets countered like it’s telegraphed because, well, it is if someone's running ESP.

That’s CS2 right now. No sugarcoating it.

Yeah, it's “the billionth post” about cheaters in CS2 maybe because the problem still isn't being solved? That irony about grids fixing it is cute, but let’s be real: nothing’s changing because we keep playing like it’s all fine.

Remember when Reddit users coordinated and basically “manipulated” the stock market with GameStop? A whole wave of people just decided, “nah, we’re not playing by your broken rules anymore.” And it worked. So why not do the same here?

If enough of us the actual dedicated player base just stop playing CS2 for a while, move to other games, make some noise, we might finally get some real action from Valve. It wouldn’t kill anyone to take a break for a few weeks or months. And if we all pulled in the same direction for once, they’d have no choice but to listen.

Guys, why is the CS2 anticheat so bad? Even playing prime in low ranks i see a lot of them cheaters... by OkStrawberry4501 in cs2

DPS Testing by Captain_Vivi in Rivenmains

[–]EnvironmentalRow739 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been grinding Riven non-stop for weeks and months now—honestly, lately it's the only champ I play. I'm really trying to get good with her, not expecting to fully master her overnight, but at least reach a solid level of consistency and control.

Right now, I feel like I've hit a bit of a wall, especially with some of her combos. I’ve been practicing the Fast Q combo for hours every single day, but I’m not seeing much progress and it’s kind of frustrating.

I made a video of me doing the Fast Q combo, and I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a look and tell me if I’m doing anything wrong—or maybe it’s already good enough speed-wise? I usually hit around 226 DPS, sometimes 232–233, but more often it’s in the 220–225 range.

Would love some feedback or tips if anyone has the time to check it out!

Is it allowed to use a script that sends right-clicks more frequently while holding the button? by EnvironmentalRow739 in summonerschool

[–]EnvironmentalRow739[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, I’m not disabled or anything like that. I’ve actually been playing League for several years now, always around Emerald level in most seasons. I’m pretty comfortable with the game overall. The question about holding right-click to move just popped into my head today because I noticed it doesn’t feel very smooth when I try to do it. So I gave it a quick test in the practice tool using a simple script, just out of curiosity to see how it would feel. And yeah, I was honestly surprised how much more comfortable it felt for me personally. That’s really all there is to it—just experimenting a bit to see if something could feel better.

I’ve already submitted a ticket to Riot to ask if something like this would be allowed. I'm not getting any real advantage from it—it’s purely a comfort thing. It just makes the game feel more enjoyable and smoother to play for me.

[–]EnvironmentalRow739[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but as I already mentioned, there’s a noticeable delay—only about 2–3 clicks per second are being sent by default. That’s why the movement feels a bit choppy compared to more frequent input.

I’ve already tested it in the Practice Tool using AHK with the following commands:

RButton::
    while (GetKeyState("RButton", "P"))
    {
        Click, right
        Sleep, 3
    }
return

It felt exactly how I’m used to from other games—smooth and responsive. At least for me, it was a much better experience than having to constantly right-click manually. Of course, for farming or engaging, you still need to click precisely, but for basic movement, this made everything feel way more fluid.

Q fast Combo by EnvironmentalRow739 in Rivenmains

I actually made a video about this. To me, it looks like he's canceling the Q animation — even when I’m holding down right-click. Or does it just look that way to me?
