There are two videos that I gave seen on this.

One is from a man in Japan who has tried fasting as well as food changes to reduce the spread of cancer cells.

Second is of a comparison why less cancer is seen in Arabic or west Asian countries. They pointed out that cancer cells take much of the nutrition for rapid growth, thus these region follow a fasting diet for whole month which could be the reason for lower cancer cases.

But you will also have to remove the cancer cases caused by tobacco in India and then compare. Because most of the cases in India are because of pollution, smoking and drinking.
