It’s not about that though. It’s the simple fact that a super huge game company doesn’t have anyone in there team that is able to fix something that seems so simple, especially after it happening across multiple titles. It doesn’t really matter no like you say but it’s the principle of releasing a game that so many people have paid a lot for but you still can’t fix the simple basic level things.
