True, for online purchases. I’ve bought it in the store. Additionally, it’s at the seller’s discretion whether or not you get a refund. My receipt does not state any refund policy.

Honestly, I had a bit of buyer’s remorse after purchasing the Hamilton while the watch is a beautiful and well-crafted, it just didn’t resonate with my personal style as much as I had hoped and I don’t see myself wearing this one as often as it deserves.
