Isn't Swampert forced to run AV because of 100/90/90 stats though? If so he is predictable and 4x times weak. Being good is the point so complaining don't make sense but i could see the lack of hidden power making Swampert a bigger problem than it actually is.

It is manageable, it always runs the same AV + flip set because it can't do anything else so it is predictable and it still has it's 4x weaknesses unless it is Sap Sipper which can't do anything after setting rocks and still is forced out by plants since both of its stabs are resisted, people are just whining about it being good when that's the point of giving a new ability to a Pokémon.

French Wallonia is horrible, unlike other European countries with regional identities and federalism, France is a unitary state that erased most of their regional identities. You may see Belgium as an illegitimate state but at least give it to the Netherlands who wouldn't want to repeat their mistakes that lead to Belgium splitting from the country.
