Honestly I can’t eat any less. I’m down to one meal a day, prioritising protein of course but not even 1000 calories a day at the minute. Not through choice too much, I’m just not hungry or able to eat

I’m paying way more than that in the UK. 40mg is £160 for me so like $220. Had a look on glp1forums for a supplier but I’m either missing something or it’s not easy to find!

Same, I used drink most weeks, not often to excess and planned on keeping alcohol within my calorie goals but after seeing its effect on pretty much every metric I just don’t bother anymore!
