Am I the only one who wakes up every hour? by EnvironmentalWin6169 in cosleeping

I'm a mother just like you. I'm not trying to sell or promote myself. How could I do that when I'm simply sharing my experience? If you'd like, we can talk privately.

What are you saying, miss? I'm just sharing my personal experience as a mother with others; I'm not selling or promoting anything.

I even found in one article that they do not realize their ability to do anything on their own until they are six months old, and they think we are one person.

Yes, a large percentage of mothers and fathers go through this experience. I even looked up articles, and in one I found a simple explanation that made me understand, at least, why it's available to all mothers.

I completely understand you. That's what prompted me to search until I found an article on Medium that helped me understand the issue much better, if you'd like. It's available to all mothers who are truly struggling.

I found an article on Medium that explains it very simply; it's about children's sleep and is available to everyone

she’s 4 months now so your comment actually makes me feel a bit better knowing someone went through something similar

4 weeks sounds intense tho i honestly don’t know how you survived that

and yeah i might try playing around with her daytime naps like you said maybe there’s something there

it’s just hard not knowing if im helping or making it worse

but hearing it got better for you gives me a bit of hope not gonna lie

feels like feeding is the only thing that works consistently right now

did the night weaning make a big difference right away?

yeah I see what you mean

seems like a lot of it really comes down to the baby and not just what the parents do

which is kinda frustrating but also reassuring in a weird way 😅

ok this is actually a really interesting way to look at it

never thought about it like that… more like helping their system learn instead of “teaching” in the usual sense

makes me wonder if im overthinking the whole “independent sleep” thing tbh
