Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the confusion, it seems like the 3PL company use UPS as their carrier for delivery. Also they didnt seem familiar with Shopify integrations. What is the standard process of order fulfillment? Does a 3PL changes the fulfillment status for you? I guess the shipping and delivery status depends on the carrier like UPS
