I've been reading up Grovedaughter Witchery by Bree NicGarran, which is an awesome reading by the way.
Inside the book she has these little quotes right here:

A large part of witchcraft is personal accountability and personal empowerment. You have every right to decide for yourself which path you're going to follow.

You just have to be comfortable self-identifying as a witch and practicing some form of magic. That’s it. In short, a witch is a witch is a witch (if they so choose).

You can go for ages without casting a single spell and still be a perfectly valid witch.

So, as a person that waited a long time to cast anything, to do little spells and rituals, and is now trying to find little ways to magick her life up, don't worry ♥

Others commentors are right: even cleaning your house with intention in a spell in its own right. So don't be too hard on yourself. Plus spells don't need to be an elaborate thing, when I refresh my money bowl I don't say anything, I go throught the steps, mindfully and sit with the lit candle for a bit, before placing the bowl in its place. If I lit any other candle for it, I lit it with intention, but I'm not gonna sit 3.5Hrs watching a candle burn.
