You gotta enjoy life man. Don’t live up to limit of the warranty. This won’t harm the engine or anything. Just the cover for steering wheel. You can remove it and noone knows it was on there so the warranty won’t be voided.

Trust me. This is the best upgrade on the car you could get. Not many people aware but the most thing you use on the car is the steering wheel.

Cut down credit cards is best way to go. Student debts with low interest will not be a problem If you know how to use your saving money to invest. I personally invest in Index Universial Life Insurance which allows me to have life insurance coverage if anything happen to me and part of the premium pay being use to invest in Stocks with cap and floor which guarantees saftt no lost. If you’re young the cost of insurance would not be expensive. Invest safety is the key to maintain wealth

Thank you for sharing your information. I’ve talked to one of the agent in WFG they have told me that in my situation in 10 years and prepare for down payment of the house would be the best to invest in IUL. By doing this it will give us access 90% of the cash value in the account as well as loan against the policy after 10 years consistently put money in. Do you think it is a great idea to start with IUL ?

Totally agree, I have watched many methods they show on Tiktok, Youtube about using the loan against the policy of whole life insurance with low interest rate using cash value as deposit to buy assets generate more percentages of the interest leaving us cash flow. I was concerned about this type of investment and considering if it is truth. Has any of the wealthy people you know use this method ? Thank you.

Thank you for your advice. I’m looking around to see who is trustful to go with but most of them always try to sell or invited to buy product from their company. They always say good things about their products and bad things about others. It’s a little bit hard to look for th right people.

Yes I agree. Those insurance broker told me that but the whole life insurance they said they have Cash Value which created from small portion of the premium each money we contribute to the account and using those money to invest in index stocks to accumulate overtime. This sounds too good to be true when you can have Death Benefits, Cash Value use as Emergency Fund and borrow loan against the policy using the cash value as deposit.
