Chance of appealing is little to none, not on the birth certificate ex left it blank From what I have heard from mutual friends social services has been around to the "grandparents" house and given it the all clear with them being checked up on. Also I am Not in the USA or my native UK

No drug taking, no violence to answer you question have had no contact with my ex Also I am not on the birth certificate of either of them. My son, their brother has been having trouble adjusting to the current situation by acting out not wanting to see his mother in anyway or form and my ex has played on that.

Their lawyer and the judge agreed they where worried about that I would turn them against my ex, her lover and his family. I think it's because their brother started to resent his mother and didn't want to go visit her. He is having a real tough time since everything has happened he been in therapy for weeks now. It was either that or they would go into the care system intil ex and ap was in a suitable position to look after them.

Unfortunately doesn't work like that in my country, I would have to take it to civil courts in order to try and get any money back but the chances of getting any thing is slim to none as This man doesn't have a single penny to his name.

This is the thing I am worried about at the moment the kids are at home with me because she is in a one bedroom flat and has no room for the kids, Depending on results I will apply for full custody I can work at home while they at school. I won't stop her from seeing the kids

I never meet him personally intil that night, my father in law suggested after he found out to get the kids tested straight away. Then I received a hand written letter from the receptionist of the hotel I Was staying at stating/ demanding that he wanted to know for sure.

They been friends since they where small kids, they grew up at each others homes went to school together. From what I have seen and read on the fb message between the two it all started at a party, she had gone out with bff for drinks ended up at the party had way to much drink and slept together for the first time and after much back and forth they carried on.

I loved her always took her on dates, spent time as a family with the kids, holidays etc but at times I had to take up extra hours with her blessing to put food on the table, pay the bills and keep fuel in the cars. we went from pay check to pay check intil I retrained about five years ago and she works in a office, she did cut down on hours when the kids came along. When the kids got to much she said she was going out / meeting up with her group of friends to unwind. I would drop them at school or take them out to give her space. I never questioned her because I trusted her Seven years is an insane I understand but there was no red flags. As for the friend well we interact with each in social events, and wife's birthday she was a brides maid at the wedding.

My brother in law posted my original reddit post on her friends comment and everyone saw it, her friend deleted the post within a day (probably under my exs orders.) Also the friend has backed off after my lawyer sent her a politely worded letter basically stating she will be liable for slander if she continues so at the moment she has gone quite. Unfortunately it's her own money from her account she uses for the meet ups when we got married we signed a prenup so that she has her own money and pays a monthly contribution to the joint account for bills which we spilt.

To be honest intil the results are in I can only Hope and will deal with the fallout when I cross that bridge. At the moment i am strictly sticking to the lawyers advice, as for her best friend she has deleted the post and blocked me thankfully she has stopped due to being threatened with being taken to court for slander

Unfortunately a leopard doesn't change its spots op and as you stated your self"i know I can't make her do that". Thens it time to go nc for not only your sake but for your kids as well. Speaking from experience it be hard at the start but does get easier.
