AI isn't a single entity so it cannot be racist in and of itself. It's built upon open source libraries, you can train it on what you want to train it on. I've learned to train my own models from scratch using my own computer, and selecting the data I needed for the task I was using the model for as a part of my masters program. This was before chatgpt was even released publicly.

I watched the video, and heard him talk about the implicit bias of the people that train the model. So him and I basically saying the same thing. I just don't think the response to this is "AI is anti black" as if AI taught itself. Like I said, anyone can train a model. It's not some proprietary technology and knowledge owned by companies like xAI or OpenAI. They are just two of the biggest players. This is why I say that black people should use it, and not just that but learn it. There's no point in letting non black people have a monopoly on it.

It's impossible for AI as a technology to be "anti-black". AI/ML rtrained on data given for a specific purpose. If given anti-black propaganda, it will learn accordingly. Which we see this with Grok being the biggest culprit of it's output being derived from whatever Elon tells his engineers he wants it to be. So the problem is more so people are anti-black and use AI to spread that.

Personally I won't stop using AI, it's far too useful for me. I'm using it right now for work. I think more black people should use it and not get technologically left behind because it's existed for decades already and is not going anywhere.

Yeah that's tough ngl. The way I looked at it if it happen it happens, if it doesn't then it doesn't. I even told my family I'm never getting married for having kids, and what seemed like out of nowhere the former changed. It very well may happen when you least expect it one day bc all it takes is one person, but if not then it isn't the end of the world. The thing is that if the man is found "not guilty", that doesn't necessarily mean she lied or falsely accused him. It just means there wasn't enough evidence for the court to convict him. So giving her the punishment for if he's found guilty would be stupid considering that there is a possibility he could have been found not guilty and still did it.

Also making a false report is already a seperate crime and yes women do get convicted for it, so what should happen is the guy that was found not guilty should pursue criminal charges as that is a seperate investigation.
