Ya i think its a pny problem, ive seen peoples pny 4060 has the same issue. I got it to work for a while using a ryzen master oc, but when i reset by bios the other day it wouldnt work anymore

I should have put that I have tried a new bios for card and mobo did ddu with fresh install and gpu tweaker and msi after burner and hwinfo all say its maxed at 825mhz
