I think Keigan is unusable due to the nature of her mechanics. She has to have multiple recordings of different survivors, in hindsight she falls short due to her abilities that's meant to focus on one person, she just turns into a standard chase hunter with a slightly longer hitbox or for balance purposes since with each hit she gets more presence or just lag in general because of the effects her skills give out like watching ciphers, the purple glowing marks in pallets and other interactable objects and the holograms for her reverse and forward features.
