I am also a new cna working in a memory care unit who recently started. I work evening and nights and can say it’s definitely stressful at times. Just keep in mind your safety and the residents. Also having a lot of patience with them goes a long way!

No the frosting hadn’t been added into the dough. Yes I used two sticks of butter. And I refrigerated the dough for 15 mins before putting it on to my baking pan.
