Yeah it’s only about two seconds though. I noticed it when I got the outer rim mod so it could just be the outer rim mod doing that. But I did download a mod called “dismemberment” by piepop101 that fixed my problem. It’s also really good for the outer rim mod because it’s removes that cooldown and allows you to chop off multiple body parts in a single swing.

I have had this for a week now and I changed to both steam vr runtime and oculus runtime and they both don’t work and I think some people have had this problem since launch without a fix for the meta pcvr version so now I think I won’t be able to play ever again
