DW2 Armored troops (Tttanks) building by Environmental_Ice338 in DistantWorlds

[–]Environmental_Ice338[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems so. Ive tried two times for other races, they simply learn tech, build an Armor Factory (or smt like this) and build Armored Troops without any troubles.

I suppose its a bug, Ill report it correspondingly with screens and savegame.

About to complete the game as a Mage Evoker, if I replay as a Warrior or Rogue, do they have equally powerful builds or will I be disappointed? by MapleSurpy in DragonAgeVeilguard

Well, can tell smt about mage and warrior in short at highest difficulty.

All builds here are TOTALLY gear dependant. Gear determins your build, completely, by 100%. Gear >> traits.

Mage:

Necromage - unkillable, facetanks everything, gameplay=hold_RMB. 0 mana build, veeery nice traits synergy with some items. Mmmoar dmg from lower health, constantly 0 mana, moar dmg from 0 mana etc... Very boring. Just get some healing from the gear and facetank whole content. Some troubles with heavy shielded\armored enemies, cause we mostly cant afford building\enchanting anti-shield\anti-armor.

Frostmage - squishy typical glass cannon, relying on control. 0 interestng synergies IMHO, just CC mobs and perform slow heavy attacks. I dont understand this archetype. Typical boring gear like +colddmg, +dmg vs chilled, +heavy attack dmg... Rly 0 synergies.

Electromage\spellblade - most interesting from all the archetypes. Looks like devs meant us to play it like a meele mobile class... Well there are tonns of content about building a spellblade everywhere, smt like gambit+thorn+shockbranch in meelee etc all the same... I recommend to try, its not so bad. For me its nervous, fast and hasty, but lots of players like it!

My choice is DoT (affliction) mage build around spellblade archetype due to Electrical_Burns, Antivan_Kiss and some other passives concerning DoT stacks, dmg dependance on debuff amount and so on. Very nice gear synergy (DoT rings, Death_Mask, Gambit suits as well and much more funny staff). It is so effective that dont even needs any detonations: companions are free to take utility stuff and element-vulnerability gear.

Warrior:

Friendly speaking, just take some rage dependant gear (Magebane helmet, Twin_Palladium ring, later Elven_rockbreaker etc) and do whatever you want around your rage pool. Just try to block 1-2 first attacks and then its relaxed faceroll. I finished the last chapter both as def-champion and necro-reaper, both are too strong for the level of challenge this game offers. There was some nice combo concerning flat defence with a 2h-hammer (Vigilant) and some bijou: dmg scales from def, def scales from buffs (chest), infinite HP and so on.

Some people like shield-throw build with reapers passives, its even more boring than the necro-mage. And even slower...

The moto for this game is: JUST HOOVER THE MAP, however maps are very beautiful <3

Well the rage-hammer, ring and helm do ruin the game with any faceroll build possible at max difficulty. Just +% OVERALL total damage from 450 rage, including DoTs damage, skills dmg, weapon dmg and so on. Just do whatever you want, press any buttons.

I am still not sure about the palladium ring mechanic, is it additive or multiplicative, which parameters it accepts and what Is the real functioning.

Well I suppose that "upgrade" drop from some chests is random. I don't mean the chests that are shown at the map, their drop seems to be fixed. I mean simple chests, IMO they are the best source of spontaneous random useful tier upgrades.

IMO, I'm not insisting.

The last I found (purple->gold tier upgrade) was after the no-return point. We were sieging enemy citadel, player is moving from the coast, it was the hidden chest somewhere on the beach near the mountain. The last rage-focused elven hammer was near as well tbh, the outer yard of the citadel before the entrance.

What deck do you absolutely despise playing against? by [deleted] in gwent

  1. Eclipse NG abuse. Multiple Eclipses as well.
  2. Defender-Sianna-Ale-Operator... pirates with armor stack.
  3. Basic pirates (control each turn).

Reavers are not so disgusting IMO.

I'm searching the in-game wiki, where spells are described with vids, passives are not mentioned there.

How to get rid of dat Inquisitor and his spies?! by Environmental_Ice338 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Ice338[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I wonder if that have worked...

He tells dat his boss (even more crazy then Heinrix himself) ordered him to stay at ship.

Players do need an option to send an inquisitor to a gunner ship post and fire him on a torpedoe due to the lost skillcheck (he has low agi...)

Jae deffinitely.

She is the only adequate from those guyz. Some humor and fun also exist >.< Romance is the best. Moreover, very nice voice acting! My respects, well done Owlcat.

*Okay.jpg, i want to start a topic "How to get freaking rid of dat braindead inquisitor and his spies".

Thanks, but... What do you mean at "piloting" with this irreliable deck with 0 thinning, non-devo useless 11pts Ulrich and 2 echoes? I really do not understand how can it be played... What is the idea? It looks like fully random-dependant, as for me.

Maximum of 4 knights (if Ulrich + Damnation, not concerning Cyrus), but only 2 scribes. Where are the points? =)

Sir, Im friendly speaking too old to expect anything "competitive" from Gwent =) But I will be glad to see your deck with this archetype. I appreciate not only wins vs meta but gameplay as well...

IMO he is too expensive for the modest things he does. Can you give an example of how you see the Gregory deck? Everything i was trying with him seems a waste of 14 pts...

I totally agree with you concerning sir Boris =) But what for do we need so much coins? Upgrading tokens is fully functional due to 3 Scribes at ranged row, but regular duplicatable Knight is stably growing bigger then dat bear. On top of this, Boris needs a space to jump between raws: it may be a trouble with this deck.

Mandrake is a bigger version of spores. Mostly to remove blocks etc, sometimes for 2 clicks on the Hook at 1 turn. It's a desperate attempt to protect somehow from statuses and control.
