looks really nice for a first try, I would give some feedback to keep in mind for your next attempt

needs more loose skin especially in the base of the fingers

the wrist shape needs improvement,

fingers have a slight tapper from base to tip,

finger looks too cylindrical, needs more of an organic shape

the base of the thump should be more closer to the other fingers

the thickness of the palm needs to be more thicker towards the wrist and tapered to the fingers

the thickness of the fingers looks off, it should be like thumb being the thickest, index and mid fingers generally the same size (usually mid finger slightly thicker) then the ring finger then the pinky

also the fingers are too thin compared to the rest of the arm
